General terms and conditions of business
The following General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Lemonfrog AG and consumers who use Lemonfrog AG's website as registered individuals or companies (hereinafter referred to as "members").
Members are divided into:
- Service seekers – those who are looking for a service.
- Service providers – those who are offering a service.
1. Conclusion of Contract
1.1 Access to the service requires free registration.
1.2 By registering, all users declare that they are at least 18 years old.
1.3 The platform only allows:
- Placement of workers residing in Austria for jobs in Austria.
- Placement of cross-border commuters who wish to work in Austria
1.4 By registering, the member accepts these GTC, and a contractual relationship is established between Lemonfrog AG and the registered member.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 After free registration, service seekers and providers can:
- Create a profile.
- View other profiles.
- Search for jobs or service providers.
2.2 Private service providers can contact service seekers free of charge via a contact form.
2.3 Private service seekers and companies require a paid Premium membership to make contact. Rules:
- Premium membership allows unrestricted contact.
- Companies (whether seekers or providers) must register as companies.
- Each position offered requires a separate account and one (1) specific vacancy advertisement.
- Violations result in immediate deletion of accounts and exclusion from Lemonfrog services.
- Lemonfrog AG reserves the right to take legal action.
2.4 Lemonfrog AG does not guarantee replies from contacted persons.
3. Deactivation, Termination
3.1 Members may deactivate their profile at any time. Deactivated profiles are no longer visible.
3.2
- For service seekers, Premium membership is not automatically renewed and converts to free membership upon expiration.
- For service providers, Premium membership can be purchased with automatic renewal, which may be canceled anytime (effective at the end of the current month).
3.3 The satisfaction guarantee and refund of the membership fee can be claimed once per account.
4. Liability of Lemonfrog AG
4.1 Lemonfrog AG is not a party to contracts between service seekers and providers.
- Members waive any claims against Lemonfrog AG.
- Lemonfrog AG assumes no liability for disputes or damages between members.

- Lemonfrog AG is not liable for the quality of services provided.
- Service providers must independently obtain residence/work permits.
- Service seekers are responsible for proper insurance of providers.
4.3 Lemonfrog AG strives for accurate online content but cannot guarantee completeness, quality, or reliability.
