The other person may not have seen your message yet. Check that your listing is still active, then send a follow-up in the chat.

Open your profile settings and switch e-mail notifications on or off. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any notification e-mail.

Check the spam folder and make sure the address is spelled correctly. From the login page you can request a new activation e-mail.

We only share what is needed to run the service, for example with the person you contact. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

You agree the payment directly with the helper. The platform does not charge the job itself.

You can cancel a paid plan in the subscription settings. Access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Contact support and tell us the e-mail you registered with. We can switch the account to an employer profile.

In the chat, agree the task, place, time and price before the work starts. Keep the conversation on the platform so you both have a record.

Widen the area or the dates, and describe the task more clearly. Helpers nearby are notified about new listings.

Send another message in the chat and check that the listing is still open. If there is still no reply, contact support.

Profiles and listings are reviewed, and clients can rate completed work. You can report a listing that does not match its description.

Confirm the task, address, time and payment in the chat before you accept. Do not start until those details are clear.
